Active records depend on the nature of the person and the friendship you have with them. There are friends who only talk a few times a year and they are both happy and satisfied with the relationship. And then there are other friendships that need to check in more often and spend more time together.

Some experts believe that it takes 10 to 15 conversations before you start associating friendship with someone. You will meet new people who resonate with you and promote better connections or even potential friends. In your teens and 20s, you may only find yourself hanging out with people you find fascinating and brilliant.

Part of the challenge of making new friends is knowing where to look. Too often, people assume that there are simply no potential friends. But the problem is not the lack of opportunities for friendships, but the inability to strive to find them. You will have different levels of closeness in your circle.

Also in the fall, when everyone was new, it was specifically the “initiation skill” that was most important. Once the friendships were more stable, it didn’t matter that much. One of the easiest ways to meet people is to surround yourself with people who have large groups of friends themselves, O’Brien says. “You may already have people in your life who have a lot of friends,” he says. Take the first step and start a conversation with someone new. Without a doubt, one of the best ways to meet new friends is through a shared love of religion or culture.

When you find people around you, you don’t have to wait for someone to contact you sohbet and take the first step. Instead, become a friendly initiator, even if you’re an introvert, explains Amber O’Brien, a therapist at Mango Clinic. Start talking to a person and share something about yourself.
