“If you notice that your skin is more responsive while taking a particular medicine, contact your doctor,” says Dr. Litt. “He or she can lower the dose or switch to another drug.” So I don’t think facial serums / oils are that necessary. Hydrating indoors can be just as important as moisturizing on the outside when it comes to the beauty of your skin.

Also use a sweatband when you go to the gym to prevent products from leaking when you start to sweat. Alpha and beta hydroxy acids to gently remove dead skin cells that can clog pores, improve sun-damaged skin and minimize coverage.

However, at the end of the day, a skin care routine with cleanser and moisturizer can be very helpful. Some skincare products and acne creams can make your skin more susceptible to sunlight, increasing tanning. If you don’t want to get a tan too quickly or too much, be careful when placing acne treatments in the sun. It seems logical not to do that, but many people make the mistake of applying acne treatments immediately after washing their face.
